• Garage name, owner name, mobile number and email address
• Customer and party details (name, mobile, address)
• Vehicle details (number, brand, model, engine number)
• Billing and payment records
• Job card and service history
• Product and inventory information
• Income and expense records
• Device FCM token (for push notifications only)

🎯 3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for:

• Managing garage operations and daily workflow
• Generating bills, receipts, and PDF reports
• Tracking vehicle service history
• Sending service reminders to customers
• Managing inventory and products
• Sending push notifications for account security alerts
• Providing customer support

Your data is stored securely in the following ways:

• Local storage on your device using SQLite database
• Secure cloud server with encrypted connection (HTTPS)
• Optional backup to your personal Google Drive account
• Server is hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure
• Backup data is stored only in your own Google Drive — we cannot access it

🔑 5. Google Services

Our app uses the following Google services:

• Google Sign-In: Used during account registration to verify your email address. We only access your email and name.
• Google Drive: Used optionally to backup and restore your garage data. Backup is stored in your personal Drive account only.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send security push notifications (e.g., when your account is accessed from another device).

We do not use Google services to track or profile users.

We take data security seriously and implement the following measures:

• JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication for all API calls
• BCrypt password encryption
• HTTPS encrypted data transmission
• Role-based access control for staff permissions
• Account lockout after multiple failed login attempts
• Multi-device session management — only one active session per account

We do NOT sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties.

Your garage data, customer information, and business records are strictly confidential and are only accessible by authorized users of your garage account.

You have the right to:

• Access all data stored in your account
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data at any time via Google Drive backup
• Update or correct your information

🗑️ 9. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account:

• Send an email to parshwasoftware@gmail.com with subject: "Account Deletion Request"
• Include your registered mobile number and garage name
• We will delete your account and all data within 7 working days

Note: After deletion, all local data on your device will also be cleared upon next app launch.
